I didn't receive an order confirmation e-mail or textUpdated a year ago
When your order is placed we automatically will e-mail or text you an order confirmation message with your order details and order number. Once your order is shipped, we will send a second notification with your tracking label.
If you have not received this notification first check your junk or spam mail. If you still cannot find it, it is likely the e-mail address has a spelling error on the original order and the message was not sent properly. In this case please contact us with your full name, e-mail, and shipping address for the order and will find your order info.
