My item arrived damaged how can I get a new one?Updated 2 years ago
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select 'Item was damaged' as the return reason. You will need to upload a photo evidencing the damaged item for the request to be approved.
